Aniela Larson

Agile Trainer & Coach
Agile transformations are rarely linear; with the iterative inspect and adapt feedback loop, even the goal of the transformation itself may not be the final destination. Trailblazing agility in an organization requires patience, growth mindset, and a continuous improvement focus; it's my joy to help guide those in making this happen."

As an Agile trainer and coach, Aniela thrives on empowering people and teams to realize their full potential. Using a servant leader approach, she meets teams where they are, bringing the tools, knowledge, and support needed to guide them along their journey.

Aniela has over 10 years experience in marketing across continents and industries, predominantly focusing on digital marketing, e-commerce, and customer experience. Now a certified Product Owner and Scrum Master, Aniela was first introduced to agility and Agile methodologies in 2017 while working for a large Canadian bank, and has hands-on experience championing a successful Agile marketing transformation at another leading Canadian financial institution.

Understanding some of the limitations of applying Scrum within marketing teams, Aniela was later certified within Kanban System Design. She now uses her knowledge of both to help teams deliver meaningful outcomes without getting swallowed in the vortex of constantly changing and competing priorities.

In addition to a BBA from Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, Ontario, Aniela holds a MSc in Economics and Business Administration with a specialization in Change Management from Norges Handelshøyskole in Bergen, Norway, and additionally holds a CEMS Master in International Management from HEC Paris. When not working, Aniela devotes her attention to her young family, and their shared passions for the outdoors in beautiful British Columbia.
